Hi. This is Alexis Edralin.
I’ll be admitted again tomorrow December 16 (Sunday) for another Cycle of Chemotherapy and Blood transfusion. I might spend Christmas and New Year there.
I’ll
be needing blood donors. Any blood type can do according to doctors.
Blood replacement naman ito. My blood type is A positive.

The blood bank is at the 2nd floor of Makati Medical Center. under the name of Alexis Eliza Edralin Sudayan.

Requirements for Donors:
1. Age: 18 and above
2. Not less than 110 lbs.
3. Very healthy
4. No Cough or Colds
5. atleast 3 months or more after last tooth extraction.
6. For Ladies: atleast one week before or after menstrual period.
7. Non-smoker.
8. Has not  undergone blood transfusion.
